b. 10 Big Pull Drills

B. Core Work
a. 2 x 1 minute plank holds with 30 seconds rest each round
b. 30 TTB
c. 2 x 1 minute plank holds with 30 seconds rest each round

C. Rowing WOD-
3 x 5 minute Rowing Time Trial with 3 minute rest in between each round

Record meters rowed after each round

D. Coolddown- 
4 minute run on TrueForm
