The CFR Barbell Club develops strength, lean muscle mass, and improved athletic performance.
The CFR Barbell Club improves strength and speed using the Olympic lifts: the clean and jerk and the snatch. Training the main lifts as well as accessory lifts, you'll develop explosive athletic ability and full-body strength.
Open to both members of CrossFit Revelation and the general public, the USAW CFR Barbell Club is suitable for:
- Beginning Weightlifters
- Competitive CrossFitters looking for an edge in the fast lifts
- Field Athletes training for improved on-field performance
- Competitive Weightlifters training for USAW-sanctioned competition
Led by CFR Head Coach Andrew Romeo, each athlete receives one-on-one coaching and customized programming, meant to address individual needs while accelerating progress.
