B. 5 x 500m Row at 2 minute pace with 3 minutes rest

C. 3 x AMRAP 4 minutes

AMRAP #1- 100m Run/10 Air Squats

Rest 2 minutes

AMRAP #2- 30 Doubles/5 Burpees

Rest 2 minutes

AMRAP #3- 100m Run/5 Pushups

D. Cooldown- 1 Mile Run
