A. Warmup- 6 Rounds
60m Run
5 TTB
5 Pushups

B. Core Work:
a. 4 x 1 Minute Plank Holds with 30 seconds rest
b. 50 Crucifix Situps

C. Rowing WOD
Row 3 x 1000m row with 3 minutes rest in between each round

D. Cooldown- 800m Run
