A. Warmup:
a. 500m Row at 75%
b. 10 Big Pull Drills

B. Core Work:
a. 4 x 1 minute Plank hold with 30 seconds rest
b. 75 Situps

C. Rowing WOD:
Row 10 x 250m with 90 seconds rest

D. Cooldown- 800m Run or 1000m Row at 75%
