RUNNING WOD 07.05.16

Registration opens at 5pm July 5th

Programming Note- Coach Scott will be unable to coach the 5:30pm and 6:30pm Running WOD classes tonight as he is traveling.  He will be back for 5:30pm class on Wednesday July 6th.  

A. Warmup- 10 x 100m Row with 1 minute rest in between rounds

B. 4 x 200m Sprints with 1 minutes rest in between each round

    2 x 800m Springts with 2 minutes rest in between each round

    4 x 200m Sprints with 1 minute rest in between each round

C. Cooldown- 1 Mile Run

D. ROMWOD
