A. Warmup- 1000m Row with increasing pace every 250m

B. 2x Tabata 800m with 4 minutes Rest in between each round

*Tabata Run means that you run for 20 seconds and then stop and rest in place for 10 seconds.  You should not be running or walking during the rest.*

C. Cooldown- 1000m Row at 5k Row Pace

D. 10 Min SMR and Stretching
