C. 4 x 400m Run at 400m Pace with 90 seconds rest

    3 x 200m Run at 200m Pace with 60 seconds rest

    2 x 800m Run at 400m+10/15 seconds Pace with 2 minutes rest

    1 x 400m Sprint

D. Cooldown- 500m Row at 2:00/2:25 Pace

E. 10 Min Stretching and SMR
