A. Partner Warmup- AMRAP 8 minutes
Partner 1 Does 200m Run
Partner 2 Does Max Wallballs (20#/14#)
Switch every time you complete a 200m Run
B. 8 x 400m Run with 90 seconds rest
Times must be 5 to 10 seconds apart from another each round.
C. Partner Cooldown- 800m Run with Buddy Band
D. 10 min SMR and Stretching
