A. Warmup- 4 x 100m Row with 10 Burpees

B. 2 x 400m Sprints at 75% of 1 Mile Pace with 2 Minutes Rest Between

    Rest 2 minutes

    4 x 200m Sprints at 75% of 1 Mile Pace with 1 Minute Rest Between

   Rest 2 Minutes

    2 x 400m Sprints at 75% of 1 Mile Pace with 2 Minutes Rest Between

C. Cooldown- 400m Walk

D. 10 Min SMR and Stretching
