A. Warmup- Dynamic Warmup

B. 4 x 400m Run with 2 Minute Rest between each at 80%

C. AMRAP 6 Min- 50 Doubles/10 Box Jumps

D. 4x 200m Run with 1 Minute Rest between each at 80%

E. Cooldown- 500m Row at 75% 

F. 10 Min SMR and Stretching
