Teams of 3 For Time

1800m Run- Switching ever 200m

12 Rounds of 30 Doubles, 10 Thrusters 75#/55#, 10 KB Swings 1.5/1, 5 Wallballs 20/14

1 Team members works at a time and each team member must complete 4 rounds

While completing the 12 rounds of work team will row for calories- 1 member rowing at a time

1800m Run- Switching ever 200m
