A. Warmup- 5 x Run 60m, 5 Air Squats, 5 Pushups, 5 Pullups

B. AMRAP 8 Minutes

150m Row

10 Burpees Over the Rower

10 Ab Mat Situps

Rest 2 Minutes

AMRAP 6 Minutes

30 Doubles

10 Wallballs

5 Box Jumps

C. Cooldown- Row 1000m at 75%

D. 10 Min SMR and Stretching
