A. Warmup-

1) 500m Row at 2k Pace  

2) 10 strokes each- arms only, arms and body, arms and body and half slide, arms and body and full slide

3) 5 x 100m w/ 30 sec rest

B. 2k Row Time Trial

C. Cooldown- 3 x 250m Row at 2k Pace with 1 min rest
