A. Warmup- 3x 200m Row with 1 minute Rest at 75% to 80%

B. AMRAP 12 minutes

150m Row

1 Squat Clean- 135#/95#

4 Burpees

Every round go up 2 burpees and 1 power clean. When you get to 5 power cleans go back down 4, 3, 2....

C. Cooldown- 500m Row at 75% to 80%

D. 10 min SMR and Stretching
