A. Warmup- Recover from the Class WOD with 3x 120m Run, 10 Wallballs, 5 Burpees

B. Record your meters on the rower...  

6 x 30 seconds on with 30 seconds of rest

6 x 1 minute on with 1 minute of rest

6 x 2 minutes on with 2 minutes of rest

C. 10 Min SMR and Stretching
