B. For Time- Rowing/Box Jumps/Sit-ups Ladder

5 Cal Row- 25 Box Jumps- 5 Sit-ups

10 Cal Row- 20 Box Jumps- 10 Sit-ups

15 Cal Row- 15 Box Jumps- 15 Sit-ups

20 Cal Row- 10 Box Jumps- 20 Sit-ups

25 Cal Row- 5 Box Jumps- 25 Sit-ups

C. Cooldown- 4 x 200m Row with 1 minute rest in between

D. 10 Min SMR and Stretching
