B. Powerball!!! For Time - Using the winning numbers from Wednesday night's drawing complete the following movements in order:

??- Wallballs

??- Cal Row

??- Box Jumps (24"/20")

??- Cal Row

??- Burpees

C. Cooldown- 1000m Row at 70% to 75%

D. 10min SMR and Stretching
