B. AMRAP 10 Minutes

10 Cal Row then 10 Box Jumps

15 Cal Row then 15 Box Jumps

20 Cal Row then 20 Box Jumps

25 Cal Row then 25 Box Jumps....

Each round increase by 5 Calories and 5 Box Jumps... See how far you can get in 10 minutes

C. Cooldown- 500m Row at 70% to 75%

D. 10 Minutes SMR and Stretching
