60 M Power Skips

Upper Body Push:

Bench Press:  3 X 6 w/ 2-Second Pause on Chest, One Set Every 3 Minutes

OR

100 Chest-Elevated Push Up w/ 2-Second Pause at Bottom

Conditioning:

200 M Farmers Walk w/ DB's

100 DB Push Presses

*Complete DB Push Presses at Any Time During the Farmers Walk.  They Can Be Broken into Any Amount of Sets and Reps.

Auxiliary Work:

3X:

15 Front Raises

30 Reverse Flys

15 Lateral Raises

Then

Scap Jacked
