5 Inch worms w/ Push Up

Bench Press: (Bootcamp Option = DB Bench Press)

5 X 5, Same Weight Across All Sets, One Set Every Other Minute

Conditioning: 

300 Doubles

Every Break = 30 Push Ups

Auxiliary:

3X:

DB Decline Bench:  10, Ascending Weights

DB Decline Fly:  10, Same Weight Across All Sets
