Back Squat:

Always warm up with full depth, ex. 35%x5, 45%x3, 55%x3,65x3

Deload paused squats - Find 3RM, then -10%/3 full depth

Push Press- med x 5, 5x

Clean pull- 90x3, 5x- make the perfect
