Row 140m in 30 seconds
Rest 90 seconds

Row 141m in 30 seconds
Rest 90 seconds
Round 3
Row 142m in 30 seconds
Rest 90 seconds

Repeat and add 1 meter each round until you cannot row the meters in 30 seconds

Score is farthest meters rowed in the 30 seconds
