2) 10 Big Pull Drills

3) 5 x 100m Row with 1 Minute Rest

B. 10 Mintues SMR and Stretching

C. 16 x 20 seconds rowing 10 seconds rest

Record total meters rowed

D. Cooldown- 1000m Row at 5k Pace
