A. Teams of 3- AMRAP 30 minutes

Partner 1- 400m Run with Sandbag (45#/35#)

Partner 2- AMRAP Bear Complex (115#/75#)

Partner 3- AMRAP 5 Pushups/10 Pullups/15 Air Squats

Every partner works at the same time but you switch once the person is back from the sandbag run.
