A. Teams of 2- AMRAP 20 mins

1 Cal Row/ 1 Burpee Over Rower

2 Cal Row/ 2 Burpees Over Rower

3 Cal Row / 3 Burpees Over Rower

4 Cal Row/ 4 Burpees Over Rower

Partner 1 completes the first round (1 Cal Row/ 1 Burpee Over Rower) then tags Partner 2 to do the same round.  Partner 1 completes the second round (2 Cal Row/ 2 Burpees Over Rower) and then tags Partner 2 to do the same round.  Repeat back and forth with each partner completing full rounds until time is up.
