2x 800m Run with 3 minutes rest in between
REST 5 Minutes
4 x 400m Run with 2 minutes rest in betwen
REST 5 Minutes
8x 200m Run with 1 minute rest in between
C. Cooldown- 1000m Row increasing pace every 2 minutes
