A. 10 minutes- Dynamic Warmup and Stretching

B. Warmup- 4 x 200m Run at 5k Pace with 90 seconds rest

C. 3 x 1 mile Run every 9 minutes on the 9 minutes

Rest in between each round

D. Cooldown- 4 x 200m Run at 5k Pace with 90 seconds rest
