A. 10 Min SMR and Stretching

B. Warmup- 10x 60m Run/ 5 Burpees/ 10 Airsquats

C. 10x 200m Sprint with 90 seconds rest

Split time must drop each round or round does not count and must be repeated until split time is lower than the round before

D. Cooldown- 1000m Row at 5k Pace
