A. Teams of 4

AMRAP 12 Minutes

Partner 1 and Partner 2- While 1 partner runs 200m the other partner does as many rounds as possible of 10 Thrusters (95#/65#) and 5 Burpees Over the Bar.  Switch every time one partner completes the 200m run.

Partner 3 and Partner 4- While 1 partner rows 200m the other partner does as many rounds as possible of 10 Overhead Squats (95#/65#) and 5 TTB.  Switch every time one partner completes the 200m row.

REST 3 MINUTES

AMRAP 12 minutes
