A. Warmup- Do the Class WOD at 100%

B. AMRAP 15 Minutes

You must complete 5 Rounds of...

5 Burpees

10 Box Jumps (24"/20")

15 Cal Row

20 Ab Mat Situps

If you fail to complete all 5 Rounds in 15 minutes you will have to do 30 Hand Release Push Ups as a PENALTY!!!

C. Cooldown- 1000m Row at 70% to 75%

D. 10 Min SMR and Stretching
