A. Warmup- 5 x 200m Run/10 Air Squats/ 5 Burpees

B. Running WOD- 2 x 800m Run with 2 minutes Rest

4 x 400m Run with 2 minutes Rest

2 x 800m Run with 2 minutes Rest

C. Cooldown- 1000m Row at 5k Pace
