A.) Snatch- 1 w/ 75 (5x), add 5kg x 1 (5x), add 2.5 kg x 1 (5x), build to max by singles adding 2.5kg

B.) Clean and Jerk- 1 w/ 75 (5x), add 5kg x 1 (5x), add 2.5 kg x 1 (5x), build to max by singles adding 2.5kg

C1.) Back Squat- 5- ascend each round

C2.) Bulgarian Split Squat- 10 per leg- unweighted

C3.) DB Lunges- 20 weight moderate weight- complete the superset 5x
